Horses: 0.4 mg/kg, IV, q 12 h; 3 mg/kg, PO, q 12 h

Omeprazole

Dogs: 0.5–1 mg/kg, PO, q 24 h; loading dose of 1 mg/kg IV followed by 8 mg/kg/d as a constant-rate infusion (CRI)

Horses: 4 mg/kg, PO, q 24 h for treatment; 2 mg/kg, PO, q 24 h to prevent recurrence; 1.0 mg/kg, IV, q 24 h as a loading dose, followed by 0.5 mg/kg, IV, q 24 h

Esomeprazole

Horses: 0.5 mg/kg, IV, q 24 h

Dogs: 1 mg/kg, IV, q 24 h; 0.5–1.5 mg/kg, PO, q 24 h

Cats: 1 mg/kg, IV, q 24 h; 0.5–1.5 mg/kg, PO, q 24 h

Pantoprazole
