Epitheliotropic cutaneous lymphosarcoma (mycosis fungoides), 8-year-old male Pit Bull
Clinical photograph of an 8-year-old male Pit Bull with epitheliotropic cutaneous lymphosarcoma (mycosis fungoides). Infiltration by malignant lymphocytes caused a firm swelling of the lips and adnexa on the left side of this dog's face, causing salivation, odor, and discomfort. This case was aggressive, fulminant, and resistant to treatment.
