Immune-mediated hemolytic anemia, agglutination
Positive macroagglutination is evident on this saline agglutination test for a dog with immune-mediated hemolytic anemia. Red blood cells can be seen agglutinating toward the edges of the blood and saline solution. Agglutination is noted as small clumps where the red cells have separated from the plasma.
