Endoscopic view of the greater curvature of the stomach in an adult horse showing the white, glistening, nonglandular squamous mucosa dorsally and the glandular mucosa ventrally. The squamous mucosa is intact with mild hyperkeratosis (score 1/4). The glandular mucosa appears normal with intact epithelium and no evidence of hyperemia (score 0/4).
