Pony with equine metabolic syndrome and pituitary pars intermedia dysfunction

This pony has both equine metabolic syndrome (EMS) and pituitary pars intermedia dysfunction (PPID), common comorbidities. Her clinical signs include laminitis, increased adiposity, and a cresty neck that is characteristic of EMS, as well as hypertrichosis that is indicative of PPID.
