Arytenoid chondritis, horse

Video of a right-side chondritis in a racing thoroughbred presenting for making a noise during work. The right arytenoid is mildly swollen, and there is a focal mucosal ulcer on the luminal surface. The right and left arytenoids are moving asynchronously, and the right arytenoid is unable to fully abduct. The left arytenoid has some mild hyperemia, and there is a small kissing lesion on the luminal surface of the arytenoid opposite the lesion on the right arytenoid.
