Infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis, corneal perforation without complete globe rupture, steer
An ulcer associated with infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis was first detected in this steer on day 0 (both unstained and fluorescein-stained day 0 images are shown). On day 7, the iris was visible at the site of corneal rupture; systemic antimicrobials and flunixin meglumine were administered. Subsequent stages of healing from days 14 through 28 are shown.
